Warranty Policy

Always Ready Water systems are backed by a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the tank. If you need warranty support, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will help coordinate next steps according to the manufacturer’s warranty process.

Returns & Cancellations

Because systems are delivered locally, returns are handled case-by-case. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been scheduled for delivery, we can typically cancel or adjust it. If the tank has already been delivered, it must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition to be eligible for return consideration. Delivery and pickup fees may apply.
